We take consistent assessments to measure success results and locate areas of improvement. We are here to help and guide you to reach and surpass the goals you set to achieve!
Each virtual fitness program is accessed through the bridge tracker app, a seamless way to deliver programs. All programs are equipped with demo videos to guide you through all the movements. The app provides easy access to the coach along with the ability to record your workouts for additional feedback.
All fitness programs are sectioned into 4-week training blocks and will be adjusted according to performance levels. We offer month to month, quarterly, and annual programs.
Quarterly
3-month program

With each fitness program, you receive direct access to the coach. If you are looking to achieve long-term weight loss results, prepare for a spartan race, marathon, or an upcoming athletic season, this program is a great starting point. Long-term change starts with a decision but doesn’t happen overnight. It will take time! Plus you can save some cash for your dedication.
